1. Purpose

These terms govern the subscription to Klauz, an AI workforce made of pre-configured agents, delivered as a hosted and managed service.

2. Subscription and payment

Klauz is sold as an access subscription: R$ 497 per month (monthly) or R$ 4,970 per year (annual), in Brazilian reais. The annual plan equals 12 months for the price of 10 and includes premium assistance. Subscriptions are provisioned per client; the exact scope is confirmed in the subscription conversation.

3. What is included

• Pre-configured Klauz agent team for your segment;
• AI credits included — the model that powers the agents is part of the plan;
• Access to the platform base and the event bus;
• The full skill set installed (browser control, memory, email, documents, spreadsheets, scheduling and more);
• Hosting, SSL, firewall and security shielding on us;
• Guardrails, lessons-learned base and commercial rights over all output.

4. Acceptable use

The subscriber is responsible for lawful use of the service, including compliance with data protection law and messaging platform rules. Using Klauz for spam, unlawful content or infringement of third-party rights is prohibited.

5. Cancellation

The monthly plan can be cancelled before the next cycle, without penalty. In addition, every first purchase includes a 100% money-back guarantee within 7 days, no questions asked (see section 6).

6. Money-back guarantee

Klauz offers a 100% money-back guarantee within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of first purchase, with no questions asked. Within this window, the subscriber may request a full refund by emailing info@klauz.com.br. The refund is issued to the original payment method.

After the 7-day window, the cancellation terms in the previous section apply. This guarantee is offered directly by Klauz and does not waive any consumer rights granted under Brazilian law.

7. Limitation of liability

Klauz is an operations support tool. The subscriber keeps human oversight over sensitive decisions. We are not liable for decisions taken solely on automated output without human review.

8. Governing law

Brazilian law applies. The courts of the provider's registered office are elected, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
